Using this window privacy film is easy. First, clean the window surface thoroughly. Then, measure the surface and cut the film, leaving an extra inch on each side for adjustment. Fill a spray bottle with water and spray the window surface. Peel off the transparent backing film along a short side and install the film onto the window. Use a squeegee to remove excess water and bubbles as you apply the film, and then wipe off the water with a towel. Finally, trim off the margins. In cold weather, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the film before installation to soften it (it can resist heat up to 176°F). Remember, the film only works on flat, clean, and smooth surfaces. You can attach a scotch tape to a corner of the back side to quickly remove the backing film. To maintain the film, simply clean it with a mild detergent and water. If you need to remove it, do it gently to avoid any damage to the window.
